A skill I picked up after college was learning a bit coding. At first just little things to help manipulate automotive dealerships’ images or text on their website. But as the startup I worked for grew, the other designers and I took classes and went to conferences to learn tips and tricks to create responsive webpages and emails. We even learned what tips and tricks are possible when you have to go though different website builders and email clients.
